RETURN POLICY for paddleboards

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your XTERRA BOARDS package, you may return it within the first 30-Days of purchase for an exchange or refund for the cost of the board. (Shipping costs are not refunded)

 

All returns and exchanges must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The original purchaser of the item must submit the return or exchange and provide proof of purchase.
  • Returns and exchanges must be sent back in a clean, dry, properly folded, and in undamaged condition in the original packaging within 30 days of the date received; otherwise, the return will not be approved. (Customer is responsible for return shipping on any return that is not approved.)
  • The item has not been permanently altered or used for anything other than its intended purpose.
  • The item has not been damaged or abused. 
  • Do NOT return board damaged, wet, damp, dirty or sandy. 
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the board. We recommend using a trackable method and insure your package.
  • There is $45 freight charge for exchanging your board for a new size or model.


RETURN POLICY for accessorieS

  • Accessories may be returned within the first 15-days of purchase provided that the items are returned in like-new condition.
  • All accessories have a $10 restocking fee per item.
  • The customer is responsible for paying for the return of the accessories.
  • Products returned with any damage will not be refunded.
  • All accessories must be returned in like-new condition.


  • PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ALL RETURNS TO BE PROCESSED. 
  • VALID REFUNDS ARE FOR THE PRODUCT AMOUNT ONLY. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COST.


Policy on Special Sales, FINAL SALES or Demo Boards

Only New regular priced items or items purchased with a valid discount code on xterraboards.com may be refunded. All warehouse sales, expo sales and or boards purchased through XTERRA OUTLET are FINAL sales and are not returnable under any circumstances.


Items purchased on FINAL SALE are not returnable.


Exchanging or Returning Your Board

Do not send your board back to us without receiving proper authorization and an RMA Number.

The return must be pre-approved in advance. Email info@xterraboards.com for an RMA number and return form. This is vital, to ensure that you’re within 60 days of the purchase date and we have the proper information on file prior to your return. Pre-approvals does not guarantee that your return will be approved. Your return must meet all the criteria above.  *If you are an amazon customer, please process your return through amazon.
