include Customs and Duties. You will be responsible for any applicable Customs
and Duties.
- We ship directly to Canada through Federal Express
International Economy Shipping. Federal Express
requires that all duties and taxes be paid at the time
of delivery (COD).
- If you choose to purchase and send to an address in Canada,
you will be required to pay duties and taxes,
along with any collection fees, to the shipping carrier
upon receipt.
- If the charges due are not paid COD, the merchandise will
be returned back to XTERRA BOARDS and the
customer will not be refunded any of the shipping
charges in either direction.
- Estimated transit times from San Diego, California to
Canada using Federal Express International
Economy is 5-7 Business Days.
- Orders placed before 10am normally ship on the next
business day. Transit times are not guaranteed and
are estimates only. If you order two or more boards they
will ship separately, may arrive on different days,
and you will receive separate tracking numbers.
(Please allow extra time for shipping during busy periods,
including US and Canadian holidays)
- Shipping Costs to Canada is a flat $79 per board.
(Shipping costs don’t include duties & taxes which be
collected from the shipping carrier at time of delivery,
and for which you will be solely responsible)
