Recently purchased Xterra 10 ft Cloud Red iSUP. This is my first SUP, and I’m pretty new to the sport, so that is my lens. I could not be happier with the purchase. The quality of all materials seems great so far. The kit comes with everything you need. I really love how portable and storable it is - no roof racks, no taking up a huge amount of space in the house or garage. Everything packs down into a small package about the size of two sleeping bags end to end. I could easily leave it in my car or store it in a closet out of the way. Inflation is definitely a work out, especially towards the end, but takes less than 5 minutes. Deflation is so easy and quick, just let the air out roll it up and you’re off, less than 1 minute total. Performance was also excellent. Very stable, quick, maneuverable. In short it’s everything I was hoping it would be and more. Can’t wait to take it out again next time.

We own two of these boards, a ten and an eleven footer. The eleven is more stable and with bad knees I use a piece of webbing attached to the front to help stand up. Once moving, it has ok stability, but there are more stable sup’s out there. However, these boards are convenient since they can be deflated and easily stored and transported. We inflate ours and keep them that way in the garage until the end of the season. They do not leak at all, once inflated they stay that way. Well made.

My friends and I purchased SUPs at the same time and are all learning together. I love the ease of my new SUP! It’s easy to inflate, deflate and transport. The SUP feels stable and solid under foot. I am really enjoying it. That being said, I ordered a red SUP, but received a white one. I didn’t want white since it will get dirty quickly. There is no answer at the customer service number. I left many messages and no one ever called me back. I was able to communicate with the company via email, but Xterra was slow to respond to every email. Eventually, they made the situation right, but not without lots of aggravation.
